How does the application process work?

You apply online with your documents, and we will be in touch to arrange an initial telephone or video conversation. If we see a strong mutual fit, we will invite you to a three-hour online assessment centre. In a final interview, we discuss all remaining details together. If everything aligns, you will receive your contract and we look forward to welcoming you to the team.

Which documents should I submit?

For your application, we ask for a cover letter, your CV and any relevant certificates or references. You can easily upload all documents via our application form.

Are flexible working models available (e.g. remote work or part-time)?
