Dear customers and partners of Persch Consult GmbH | Chartered Surveyors,

Tinsa Group becomes shareholder of Persch Consult GmbH | Chartered Surveyors with effect from November 10, 2020. For you as a customer and partner of Persch Consult GmbH | Chartered Surveyors this does not have any effect on existing or future contractual relationships.

We are still and we remain an independent company and are led by the existing management board around the founder and namesake, Nikolaus Persch FRICS, Rainer de Vries MRICS, Thomas Fischer and Steffen Berger FRICS.

We will continue to provide you with our services with all due care, innovation and quality. Technical competence paired with the highest level of performance are particularly important to us. In our cooperation data is just as safe as it always was. The strict regulations of German data protection, IT security and the joint contractual regulations with our customers are of course still the basis of our actions.

We are pleased to have found a new partner who exactly shares our corporate mission.
